Product Design Scheme Generation and Optimization Decisions While Considering Remanufacturability

Social awareness of the environment has promoted vigorous development remanufacturing. Traditional product design does not consider remanufacturability, which leads to improper disposal at end product’s life, resulting in environmental pollution and resource waste. In this paper, a method for generation optimization schemes was established, remanufacturability included early stage product. Firstly, based on axiomatic design, Z-shaped mapping upgraded tree topology mapping, then incorporated into scheme model, seven constraint criteria were used as constraints obtain set scenarios. Secondly, entropy weight analytic hierarchy process combined calculate weights four evaluation indicators: functionality, economy, stability, environment; differential evolution algorithm optimize scheme. Finally, lathe taken case illustrate applicability effectiveness proposed methodology. The results showed that could successfully generate improved met needs users.
